This notice explains what personal data Skylite Visa collects, why, and how it is handled when you use our website and visa services.
Who we are
Skylite Visa in Pakistan is a trading name of Skylite Consulting (SMC-Private) Limited (SECP registration no. 0124483), 142 CCA, Phase 5, DHA, Lahore, Pakistan. It is the controller of your personal data. Contact: info@skylitevisa.com.
Data we collect
- Identity and contact details you provide (name, email, nationality, passport details).
- Application content and documents you upload for a visa service.
- Technical data such as device and usage information, collected to operate the site securely.
How we use it, and our lawful basis
- To assess visa eligibility and prepare and submit applications you request, communicate with you and support you — necessary for our contract with you or steps you asked us to take before one.
- To meet legal, accounting and anti-fraud obligations — a legal obligation, and our legitimate interests in preventing fraud.
- To follow up your enquiry and keep a history of our service to you — our legitimate interests; you can object at any time.
- Marketing by email, SMS or WhatsApp only where you agreed, or bought or were quoted by us and were given a chance to opt out; every message lets you opt out.
Sharing
We share data only as needed to deliver the service — for example with the relevant government portal or an approved processing partner — and with infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under contract (processors) — for example our hosting, email and communications providers. Our customer-management and payment systems are operated for us within the Skylite group of companies, including Skylite Group Ltd (UK). Some of our providers process data outside Pakistan, under contract and with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal data.
UK visit visa enquiries
UK visit visa services for customers in Pakistan are provided by Skylite Consulting (SMC-Private) Limited itself, which contracts with you and invoices you directly.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it (including any marketing, at any time), ask for it in a portable format, and withdraw any consent. Email info@skylitevisa.com; we reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, contact us first; you may also raise it with the relevant authorities in Pakistan.
Retention & security
Applications, payments and complaints: 6 years after the end of the financial year of the service (contract and tax limitation periods). Enquiries that did not lead to an application: kept while useful for following up your enquiry, reviewed at least every 12 months and deleted when no longer needed. Uploaded documents are kept only as long as the application and any appeal need them. We apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.
