Our service
We provide visa information, eligibility guidance and application-facilitation services. We cannot guarantee the grant of any visa or travel authorisation. All decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration authority.
Your responsibilities

- Ensure your passport meets validity requirements for your destination.
- Review official government sources for the latest requirements.
Fees
Prices are confirmed to you before you pay. Payment is made in Pakistani rupees (PKR) by bank transfer to Skylite Consulting (SMC-Private) Limited.
Government fees and Skylite Visa service fees are shown separately. Service fees cover our assistance and are payable regardless of the outcome of a government decision, subject to our Refund Policy.
UK visit visas
For customers in Pakistan, UK visit visa assistance is provided by Skylite Consulting (SMC-Private) Limited under these terms. We do not give regulated UK immigration advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the service fees you paid for the relevant application. We are not liable for refused applications, delays caused by authorities, or travel losses arising from immigration decisions.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction.
